The longevity project

Treating health and vitality not as a goal with a deadline, but as a continuous, data-driven engineering project built on endurance, functional strength and nutrition.

Discipline

Ultra-distance gravel, functional strength, mindful nutrition

Telemetry

Garmin and Strava — unironically my favourite social media

Track record

200 km

Eagles’ Nests Trail (Szlak Orlich Gniazd) — Kraków to Częstochowa in a single day, around twelve hours.

250 km

Wataha Gravel Race — back-to-back editions on the 250 km and 160 km courses around Skarżysko-Kamienna.

200 km

Around the Tatras (Szlak Wokół Tatr) — a single-day mountain loop.

4 years

Ultra-endurance cycling — thousands of kilometres on the gravel bike each year, plus single-day long-distance challenges.

2 / week

Functional strength — eighteen months and counting, targeting joint health, muscle retention and structural longevity.

3 169 km

One year on Strava — gravel alone, plus 716 km on foot and 229 hours recorded in total. Top 7% of users that year.

Combining real-time biometrics with disciplined routines, the aim is simple: keep physical and mental performance high for decades, not seasons.
